Retrieve images of cleared checks and deposited checks instantaneously using INB’s image/data warehouse. With our image/data warehouse images of cleared checks and/or deposited checks are maintained on-line for a timeframe specified by the customer. Customers can perform inquiries and generate listings by entering criteria for their search.

Cleared Checks:
Images of cleared checks are available on-line for quick, convenient access. If a file is provided of checks issued, we will build and maintain a database associating the issue information with the corresponding cleared information. The database enables you to use search functions making it easier to search by voucher/invoice number when looking for a copy of a cleared check. Customers can generate reports and perform inquiries by entering criteria for their search. After the report is generated, corresponding images of cleared checks are available for viewing.

Deposited Checks and Coupons:
Deposited checks and corresponding coupons or invoices can be imaged for on-line access. Reports can be generated and inquiries can be performed on the payments received by check number, dollar amount, or other customer specific criteria. Any field that contains data captured by INB is available to perform a search. This service can be provided in conjunction with our Lockbox service. A deposited check and coupon warehouse creates an archive as well as an invaluable tool for the customer service employees to use when researching payments received.
