    About INB

    Our Community

At our bank, we believe in investing in the community. From the INB board of directors to our team of employees to our employees’ families, our people make the difference.

Our people are willing to help others make the difference at Illinois National Bank and in our community. Our people spend thousands of hours each year volunteering in the communities we serve.

People like Kari Saling and Greg Floyd, who help us pass out water bottles at local 5k charity runs.

People like Kate Francis, who never passes up an opportunity to give blood at one of our quarterly blood drives.

People like Joe Silveri, who loves to play Santa over the holidays, much to the delight of the children who visit.

Our people come together for community programs and events like our annual food drive for the Kids' Cafe program at Brandon Court to ensure that the youth in our community have healthy snacks over school breaks.

Our people participate in Dress Down Fridays to support local charities like Habitat for Humanity and the St. John’s Breadline

And our people visit local schools to teach about money management as part of the Girl Scouts Financial Literacy Program and Teach Children to Save Day.

It’s this type of commitment, both financial and personal, to the community that has earned INB such recognition as:

    • Philanthropic Business of the Year Award, given by the Central Illinois Association of Fundraising Professionals
    • 2013 Governor’s Volunteer Service Award
    • “My Boss is a Patriot” Award by the Illinois Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, as nominated by LTC Andrew Roselle, commercial lender at INB

We are grateful for the hard work and dedication invested back into the community by our people. Our people care…our people make the difference.
