    Protecting You No Matter Where You Bank Online

    Your online security has always been a top priority.

    Now, we're implementing an additional layer of security to protect you from fraud. Introducing new Enhanced Login Security, a free and easy way to help prevent fraud. Sign up once and you're all set. It's that simple - the next time you log in, it's business as usual. And the rest of your online banking experience will remain exactly the same.

    This superior security technology protects your accounts from unauthorized access. It identifies you as the true “owner” of your accounts by recognizing not only your password but your computer as well. If we don’t recognize your computer – you’ve logged in from a public computer or one you haven’t used before– we’ll ask you for information that only you will know as an additional line of defense to prevent unauthorized access. With Enhanced Login Security, you’ll be protected from whatever computer you're using, whether you're at home or on the go.

    Enhanced Login Security will:

    • Defend against identity theft and fraud.
    • Provide security from any computer, wherever you are.
    • Make it easy for you to bank online anytime, anywhere.

    Of special note: Place a "cookie" on your computer for identification purposes. Customers that regularly remove cookies manually or with an automatic program will see the security questions screens when logging on to Online Banking. You can remedy this situation in the "User Options" section of Online Banking by selecting "Enhanced Login Security" and adding protection to the computer in use.

    Helpful Hint: The way you answer your security questions is very important and answers are case-sensitive. Keep this in mind when answering your security questions the first time.
