It identifies you as the true “owner” of your accounts by recognizing not only your password but your computer as well. If we don’t recognize your computer – you’ve logged in from a public computer or one you haven’t used before– we’ll ask you for information that only you will know as an additional line of defense to prevent unauthorized access. With Enhanced Login Security, you’ll be protected from whatever computer you're using, whether you're at home or on the go.

Of special note: Place a "cookie" on your computer for identification purposes. Customers that regularly remove cookies manually or with an automatic program will see the security questions screens when logging on to Online Banking. You can remedy this situation in the "User Options" section of Online Banking by selecting "Enhanced Login Security" and adding protection to the computer in use.
Helpful Hint: The way you answer your security questions is very important and answers are case-sensitive. Keep this in mind when answering your security questions the first time.
